I shopped there off and on for about 2 and a half weeks before finally settling on a piano, not once did I feel pressured to "buy or go". Unlike the other guys Ackermans seemed to care about the service they offer more than the Sale itself. Tell you what. The other stores could learn a thing or two from the way these guys treat their customers. Best of all is that 99% of the time I went in I was helped by either the Owner, his son, or his wife. Nice to have someone with a vested interest actualy helping!
