Impressive service, clean facilities 8/23/2013

This was my first time working with Rex Storage, and I was very impressed. The people were very nice. They worked with me and treated me very well. Facilities were clean. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend them. more

I got really good service from Rex Storage. When I got there the lady at the counter told me what I needed to know and gave me a good price. She was courteous and nice and explained to me all the prices of different units. She made sure I knew that if I wanted climate control, she could get me a unit with one. So she showed me all the units and all the options. It's well run. I run my own business and she was just like me; she was good. more

Clean, Professional, & Pleasant 8/17/2013

Initially, the first time I inquired about a storage unit through Rex Storage 800 #, the price was very high. However, I was transfered to Rex storage locally and one of the young ladies gave me a fair price that I was satisfied with. Over all expereince was great! I would definitely refer anyone I know there. more

Pretty great storage service altogether! 8/13/2013

I was satisfied with the processing of everything and the way Rex Storage took care of me. The only thing that was an issue came out of one lady failing to take the lock off of my storage. I had to wait until they opened the next day to get my stuff. That was the one problem, though. more

For the most part, I was pleased with Rex Storage. The only thing that was inconvenient to me was that he advertised a free truck, and he didn't have a truck at all. So, under the circumstances, they saw to my needs and I would use them again, because I was able to find a truck myself. more

Big, nice place and close to the freeway. 8/7/2012

Rex Storage is a really good place. It's big. We like Rex Storage because they are nice, not too far away from where we are now and they are near the freeway. We had to move all of our stuff to a storage place while we are looking for a new apartment in Florida, where we're planning to move. Luis & Erica more
