Easy to deal with! 1/22/2014

I was with the storage unit that was there before iStorage Priceville. I ended up getting a second unit with iStorage. The transition to iStorage and getting a second unit was easy. iStorage Priceville is fairly convenient. The facility is paved, and there is secure access 24/7. It's easy to get in and out, and it's clean. Overall they are easy to deal with! more

Great location, easy access! 1/13/2014

This was my first time using iStorage and the lady was very nice. She answered all my questions and all I had to do was go down there and fill out the application. The experience was great, but it took really long because the lady working there kept telling me about her past experience with her ex-husband and it took longer than I thought. Besides that, everything was great. She gave me exactly what I needed in terms of which storage building. She took me there and let me pick what size storage I needed. more

Clean, well-managed facility. Just had trouble with the touch pad. 12/17/2013

iStorage Priceville offers a very clean and well-managed operation. They are the least expensive facility in this area. The unit we got was in very good condition, and it had climate control, too. Everything works, and the people we've dealt with are very kind. The only issue I had even a slightest bit of a concern was when it came time to actually use the touch pad. It took me some trouble to access the facility itself because it was unclear when I needed to press star or pound and how to identify my unit. In the end, I tried what I thought it was supposed to be, and it worked. I'm sure a great deal of people are used to using the touch pad, but it was definitely a learning curve for me. I think they could use a little more clarification on this or have someone show you how to get into the locked area before turning in your lease. Anyway, we made it work. I would definitely suggest to others to at least give iStorage Priceville a try. more

Very polite staff 12/16/2013

I've been using iStorage Priceville for seven years now. The price inquiry is pretty good but the insurance costs too much. They've very nice and professional but have raised the rent within the last four months. The gentleman who works there is a super nice guy and I really appreciate him waiving a late fee for me when my debit card got stolen. He is very courteous and has great rapport. There are no problems with the storage facilities but I wish the insurance costed less. more

Safe facility with a courteous staff. 11/19/2013

Things turned out fine. I had my unit at iStorage Priceville for a little over a year. The only thing was that one time I was out sick and I had called to ask when was my last day because I had auto-draft set up, but they changed the dates and it messed my bank account up. She had told me my last day was the sixth, so I went in the sixth. But she hadn't told me I had to be out before 12:00 p.m, so I had to pay a fifteen dollar late charge for one day. They were always nice when I came in to pay. They were helpful. I never had a problem with anyone. The only time I really saw them was when I went in to pay. They were all very courteous, though. I felt like it was a safe place for my things to be. The security was great and I would recommend the facility for others. more

It was good enough. 10/30/2013

I can't say that my total experience was a five. Despite the fact that the staff did their jobs well at iStorage of Priceville, I was a little disgusted when I got a truck for the move-out process and found that it didn't have AC in it. I was still charged just as I would have been if it did have AC, so that kind of bothered me. I also went over the gas limit and was not reimbursed. Other than that, though, everything was fine. I felt that they were good about answering any questions or issues. more

iStorage in Priceville is nice, clean, and well run. Every time I've gone there, I've done what I needed. My experience with them has been very professional except for a hidden fee. I didn't like the undisclosed insurance fee and that almost caused me to not do business with them. more

We've had one unit at iStorage of Priceville for almost a month. We rented it because we needed a place to store our daughter's things after she graduated from college. We haven't had any issues so far. more

Good people who just want to make you happy. 8/14/2013

The girls at iStorage Priceville have been really helpful. I had two buildings and after a couple of months I decided to consolidate to one building. They have gone out of their way to help me and make everything easy for me. Once when my code to get in the gate wasn't working, they were able to fix it immediately. As long as I need a storage place I'll stay with them. I like their security, which is important to me. They are also convenient to me. more
