We rarely have cost that go beyond the contract, however if we are in the demolition process and see something that needs your attention we will let you decide what to do. At our estimate appointment we try our best to see any possible problems. This is why we like to see your projects. Our eyes are looking for things you have lived with and don't notice. Our final walk through with you is after we do our own detailed walk through. We will happily give you back your house, deck or whatever project after everything is cleaned up .
