While this mall is famous for the movie stars who shop there it has little for the working man. Most of the stores contain ridiculously expensive clothing that only the movie star...

Nice Place 11/9/2010

South Coast has good restaurants like the Rain Forest Cafe and Wolf Gang Puck but the best one is Nordstrom Cafe to take break while shopping. South coast plaza is awesome to eat in. All in all- worth visiting at least once. The stores are also huge, which gives me more of a selection. If you go shopping here, say at 10 am, expect to at LEAST browse the mall till 6 pm. more

Best mall 8/21/2005

Huge mall. This is the only mall around. I have lived in Oceanside for the past 20 years and this is needlessness to say the only mall that have the entire store and in one convince place. I love to go here to shop for clothes or simply hangout with friend when I was still in high school. They have everything and anything you want to buy. The mall is very beautiful decorated and very clean. The parking isn't bad either. more

A place where the stars shop 8/19/2005

While this mall is famous for the movie stars who shop there it has little for the working man. Most of the stores contain ridiculously expensive clothing that only the movie stars can afford. The mall is incredibly large, but there is little of substance for lower class people. The movie theater near South Coast plaza is also limited in its showings and its ticket prices are high. more
