Mixed 12/24/2015

Mixed reviews this time. I have taken my cars here many times in the past usually with satisfactory results. This time it took 3 trys before my Explorer transmission was fixed. This BP doesn't do transmission work but farms it out to a transmission repair place and therein lies the faulty work. For $2400 I would expect the it to be done right the first time. I would suggest BP find another place to take cars that come in for transmission work. more

Tremendous service at Riverside BP. They took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in right away and the prices were very fair. They went above and beyond in taking care of my vehicle and I would highly recommend their auto maintenance to anybody. I might add, they are also very nice people to work with. more

Riverside BP is a place that you can really trust 10/31/2015

This is the fourth vehicle that I have taken to Riverside BP in the last three months. I have four cars and my Honda Odyssey is the last one to get checked out before the winter season. Kurt and Paul really do a great job on my Honda Odyssey. The Honda has about 124,000 miles on it and it is still running great. I know that the only reason that the Honda is still running so well, is because of the care that it gets at Riverside BP. I take the Odyssey in twice a year, and Kurt and Paul really check it over to find any problems the van may have. Kurt and Paul have given me a lot of helpful advice to keep the Odyssey and my other three cars running great over the years, like adding Chevron Techron to the gas every couple of fill-ups to keep the fuel injectors and fuel system clean. I recommend going to Riverside BP for all of your automotive needs, because they can help you, just like they have helped me over the last 30+ years. You can really trust Riverside BP. more

My 2002 Saturn L200 was in an accident and the right rear wheel assembly was badly damaged, and the rear bumper cover was ripped off the car. Kurt and Paul who are superb mechanics, replaced the rear wheel assembly, and wheel well cover, and installed a used bumper cover on the rear of the car. The car look as good as new and runs as good as it did before the accident. They did all of the repairs at a very reasonable cost. I did a lot of searching for a car that was in as good a condition as my Saturn L200, and the cost of every car I looked at started at $12,000. Kurt and Paul, along with the rest of the crew at BP saved me thousands of dollars. As always Riverside BP came through with excellent service at a reasonable price, and really took care of their customer. Riverside BP takes care of all of my vehicles and they have always done a great job. more

A little disappointed this time 10/8/2015

Back in July I brought my Explorer in for a noise the fan belt was making. A mechanic in Michigan told me the cause was the crankcase pulley which needed to be replaced. BP said it was just the fan belt and replaced it for $100. It was fine for 2 months and then started again. Guess what? This time BP said it was indeed the crankcase pulley. Replaced it for $450. I had always been quite satisfied with the work at this shop but this time not so much. more
