Ever since they updated to the ROVI software for their cable tv box 2 years ago, the signal is constantly interrupted by marketing ads to purchase that channel *even if you already have it in your package* the add interrupts and also ERASES your program on station even if you had paused it on hold for DVR function to temporarily record in real time - and it eliminates entire show so that you cannot even rewind to see what you missed or thought the DVR unit would retain. Box Reboots all the time when you go to on demand takes forever to reboot, they charge you for viewing movies recorded in their "library" which is shows you can see for free on reg tv programming - BIG RIP OFF ARTISTS. Equipment must be antiquated, does not work nearly as well as Comcast and they charge you more for crappy service! more

blue ridge cable is terrible. i dont know which is worse; the patchy connection which will selectively decide to stop working or the fact that they pretty much scam you by not providing you with the speed you are buying. avoid this provider AT ALL COST. horrible. we called them multiple times and they sent a bumbling idiot who just unplugged our modem and plugged it back it. fantastic... then tried to blame our router which is brand new. customer service 1/5. product 1/5. AVOID THIS SCAM more

This cable service is about average. They are about average when responding to your calls and quuestions. The prices are pretty much about average as well. I don't believe they offer digital yet, but they do have a variety fo channels you can pick from. I had the package which included HGTV and Discovery health, which also had enough other channels to entertain me as well. THe quality of hte cable is always very good though. more

FOr a decent price I can get the best cable there is to offer in this area. Any channel you can think of, it is offered here. Interent access is also provided at an extra charge. For convience the bills are combined into one statement. Once a year they send at a discounted statement as well to help with even more savings! Great compnay! more
