The scheduling process was easy, even though is was a "rush". We got a confirmation call early the next morning and the technical was there within 15 minutes. We actually had two blockages and he kept retesting until both were completely removed. Could not be more pleased with the service. more

It's all good 2/22/2018

Josh and Remy gave exceptional service to us! We had a clogged drain in our laundry room sink - not only did Remy take our information and get it to Josh in a timely manner, she also explained the pricing structure and what to expect from their tech. When Josh came, he looked at the problem, explained what he felt was going on with it, how he would correct it and the price. Within 30 to 45 minutes, the problem was solved. Reasonable price, excellent service - I'd certainly recommend Zoom! more

Excellent Service 9/16/2017

Zoom drain came in an hour. Ben diagnosed the situation and gave me 3 options & explain their pros and cons. They worked for over 4 hours without a break and let me watch the camera feed so I could see the progress. Despite the messiness of the work, they cleaned everything. Importantly they provided a preventative maintenance plan for the line for the future which will save money and provide peace of mind. more
