Zipa is a bit hard to find, but that's part of what makes it fun. Tucked away in the back of a tobacco shop right near Harvard Square, Zipa is a tiny room of display cases featuring beautiful hand-made jewelry at surprisingly reasonable prices. Best of all, the jewelry here is not your standard stuff; each item is unique. I've found some great necklaces and earrings with silver and precious stones, different colored ambers, and pearls. Many different designers are represented, so there's an array of styles, but most tend towards modern and sleek. Don't be put off by its location -- Zipa is worth finding.
