fusion stalling 11/24/2013

replaced the throttle board on our fusion due to a stalling problem. while the problem was unpleasant, the service department was very pleasant and quick. more

20131115 Review 11/18/2013

Mark ("my" service advisor) is excellent. He works my in when an emergency comes up, and always levels with me concerning what he thinks needs to be done as well as the associated cost. I can't remember when he was wrong. If something that I think needs to be done doesn't need to be done, he tells me that, too. How can you go wrong with someone like that? more

The staff is friendly and they cannot help how expensive the price is. Everything service related is going to be expensive. I was only there not even a half hour and the light bulb was ridiculously priced. Mark up is terrible. Can't avoid it though. more

No stickers on my car to say it was undercoated or protected. How do I know the last owner also had not undercoated it?Just not sure if that service is worth the money. I've been sucked into it twice now. more
