I started my dealings with Metro Ford online, trying to ensure that all credit applications and vehicle trade-in information was submitted in advance so that I wasn't spending the entire day at the dealer. This was somewhat effective, but ended up spending the entire morning. It would have went quicker if it wasn't for pressure in the financing department to sell me an extended warranty. They beat me up for at least an hour and finally I had to insist that I would not take it. Salesperson was great - Customer Service rep that I started with was EXCELLENT! If it wasn't for financing, it would have went smooth. Had a couple of hickups with things that I discovered missing after the sale (spare key) but overall, they were very fair in their dealings and put together a great package for me. I would not hesitate to return.
