Doesn't show up on time. Not careful. Showing damage in house from his equipment. Hired because of a roof leak. When it rained he didn't cover the area well enough and we have damage inside. more

If you feel like doing things for free go ahead and help him out because if he writes you a check it will not EVER clear! Try to call him he never answers, he never calls back. AWFUL person! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!! more

Ramon installed light tunnels for me. At the end of the job, he broke the decorative ring on the inside. I paid him trusting him when he said he would order it and install it when it arrived. It arrived; Ramon didn't. Repeated calling got only "I'm busy" excuses or I'll bring it this afternoon. After several months I'm still waiting. I don't believe Ramon ever intended to make it right. If you think of hiring him, I encourage you to look for other reviews before doing so. more

Ramon Ziadeh is a thief and he isn't to be trusted. I hired him to do some plumbing work for me and he was very knowledgeable when it came to the things I asked him to do. However, when the job was finished, I was charged about $150 over the estimate. I asked him where that extra $150 came from, and he told me that he just needed more "materials" than what he expected. That seems understandable, right? Wrong. I asked for the list of things that he purchased and it seemed that he overbought, but I had no proof, so I paid him what I owed, but I made copy of what he purchased. A day later, I made a trip to Menards in Marion, Iowa and guess who I saw at the service desk returning the extra "materials" he needed for the job? Ramon Ziadeh. He charged me an extra $150 and returned $150 worth of materials at Menards. So, on top of the charge for the job, he made an extra $300, and I'm sure that I am not the first one to be swindled by him. Do not do business with Ziadeh Construction. more
