Over rated. 6/16/2006

We've eaten here several times, as just a couple and in a large group (10-12 adults). No waiting this time - that's for sure the restaurant was empty, and yes we made reservations (doesn't everyone). Every other Italian restaurant in the Ventian was packed. Gee wonder why. Pros: Romantic setting Cons: Service and food more

i can't say enough good things about this place. every time we've gone, we've enjoyed one delicious dish after another. if you love seafood and you love pasta, you'll be in heaven; the pasta is perfectly al-dente and the seafood is of the best quality and never overcooked. try the pasta with lobster and crab, it won't disappoint. the service is always top rate, waiters are knowledgeable, polite and always eager to provide you with the best experience possible. prices are high, but the food really is worth it. I am glad I kept the reservation! 9/19/2005

Despite some of the reviews, my families experience was wonderful. We celebrated my sister's 21st birthday and were treated like royalty. No one ever had a glass half empty (including the water drinkers of the group). All questions were answered promptly and any request for something was immediately attended to. The food was fantastic!! Every one of us were extremely pleased with our dishes!! We managed to squeeze enough room for desert...a must if you can leave room! more

NEVER AGAIN 7/9/2005

This place was awful. Despite reservations we waited over an hour for a table. Our ""waiter"" was as rude and incompetent as any i've ever had. The table rocked, couldn't be fixed he claimed. We had to ask three times for water, and when served it was room temperature and the ice we requested never arrived. The food, aside from the boiled shrimp, was mediocre at best. I had to get our silverware from the rollup station as our waiter forgot to get us any despite our request when our salads arrived. We are seasoned travelers and stay at the Venetian as a rule when in Las Vegas. This is far and away the worst restaurant in the hotel Pros: boiled shrimp Cons: all the rest more

RUDE TO YOUNG PEOPLE 11/21/2004

We went on Valentine's Day '04 and had great service up until they took 1/2 Hr. to just bring me bottled water. We ordered soups & salads + main course and waited another HOUR AND A HALF just for the salad!! We were very patient and weren't treated seriously even after we ordered a $90 of wine. Fake accent server was not polite and our Valentine's was ruined! Paid & Left ! We had a much better time at a hole in the wall Sushi place off the strip. Cons: , Unprofessional, Unorganized more

We visit Las Vegas 3-4 times a year,an we have lunch or dinner 3-4 times while were there,We never had to wait,Rino and all the other staff are very good at what thay do,Thay will answer all your questions about the food and which wine would go best with it,I have made reservations for people of 20 all the way from N.Y. and the service was the same for them,It is one of our favorite places to have a good meal,it's worth the $$$ more

Great dining experience 9/10/2003

I have patronized this restaurant six times in the past eighteen months and have had a wonderful dining experience each time. Servers Luca and Cesare are my personal favorites and the fillet mignon will melt in your mouth. It is the perfect restaurant for a romantic dinner late in the evening or just to have lunch with a friend. I recommend Zeffirino's as a 'must' for anyone visiting Vegas! A classy place, so be prepared! 2/17/2003

This restaurant is truly wonderful! If you can not appreciate a beautiful ambiance, classy service, tasty food, and are not smart enough to realize that a place like this serves it all up, but not at a typical $4.99 Vegas buffet price, then this place is for you! The only people I ever hear knock this place are wannabes who are use to Olive Garden as their Italian restaurant for quality!
