Since the flowers we ordered on 12/15/08 to be sent to 1505 Holmes Dr for our son's birthday were never delivered in spite of several attempts to reach Young's by phone from Harrisonburg, VA and Colorado Springs, CO we can only rate the service as "awful".
We would appreciate it if Young's could explain what happened by emailing us at hmswartz@verizon.net in spite of the fact that the order is now cancelled.
