This is, by far, the worse laundromat I have ever been to. I've been going here for one year and 2 months but as of today, I will no longer set foot in the establishment. Yes, the EMPLOYEES are very very very friendly. But the owner is HORRIBLE unfriendly woman. I haven't really cared in the past because there's no reason for me to interact with anyone there, really, unless I need my cash changed into quarters. Today was an entirely different story-- when I complained of my clothes still being wet (one of the friendly employees informed me he was told to take them out of the dryer a ""long time ago"" even though I paid for them to be in there for a full hour), she refused to acknowledge me and started acting like she didn't speak english! When I stayed and witnessed seeing her speak english to another customer, she looked very upset. I simply stated that I wanted 2 quarters back because I had paid for 60 minutes of dry time and her employee told me I only got 30 minutes (I didn't even ask for half of my money back-- just two measly quarters). She started screaming at me and passing my clothes out to other customers for their opinion on if they were dry or not! Are you kidding me!? The customers didn't touch them- just look stunned. When I took my clothes back from the customers and said ""Excuse me!"" and knocked my laundry basket from the table onto their dirty floor. Absolutely deplorable. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB. I'm sure that dropping your laundry off here is fine. But the experience of being at this establishment is surely one I will not subject myself to again. I'm only giving this one ""star"" because I'm worried that not giving it any starts won't contribute to their general rating. I feel much worse than ""eh"" about this establishment.
