Before going into the Yolo County library about a year ago, I hadn't had a public library card since I was a child. But I signed up for one at the library in Davis to get access to local and reference materials for a job search. The Davis library has all the basics of any library, but also has some nice amenities, such as a few private study/huddle rooms that can be reserved. The search tools at the library are computerized, but still not that user-friendly because they are not web-based. Overall, the library meets basic expectations.
