This studio has been around for 28 years and teaches classical hatha yoga with a depth and understanding comes with experience. The four teachers have all had intensive training in the Iyengar system of yoga and give individualized instruction to the students. It is a total yoga experience...postures, breathing, relaxation and philosophy. We are fortunate to have such dedicated teachers in our town.
