When I called, after the automatic greeting, I was assisted by a pleasant young lady. She promptly checked the schedule for that day and also the next. When I selected the date and time she said that they would call when the repair people were on their way. The company did and the repair people arrived within minutes. They were pleasant and got right to work and fixed the problem. They then did diagnoses on several items, gave me an estimate on additional work and wrote up the estimate. the prices were reasonable and they advised that financing was available. I was very pleased with the efficiency and knowledge of Mark and Brian. I will call again when either plumbing or A/C work needs to be done. Thanks for the service.
