I called last night for a 6:15am cab to take me to the bus station. At 6:20am, my cab still wasn't here, so I called the dispatcher who, yelling at me, told me that I had said 6:30am (I hadn't) then that he had called my phone four times (he hadn't,) then didn't have my phone number or address correct (I don't know if they had me mixed up with someone else or what!)\r
I told him we have a problem because I am taking the bus going to the airport, and I've missed the bus now, which would mean missing my flight! He again yelled at me, saying we don't have a problem, continuing to blame me for the cab not arriving.\r
I asked him to send the cab anyway, which he said would take 10-15 minutes and that the cab was already nearby. 20 minutes later, and still no cab, I called again to cancel. I told him the situation, and he said the cab driver could take me to the airport for $60. No offer to clean up their mistake.\r
Finally, at the very end of the conversation he stopped blaming me and apologized, but I still missed my bus, and they made no offer to take responsibility. I had to wake up two friends (one to borrow their car, and one to drive me) at 6:30am on Sunday morning.\r
I am gonna go out on a limb here and say all these other Yelp reviews are fake, written by the company itself. If you need reliable service, I recommend using a different cab company.
