While visiting Indy for the Brickyard 400, we ate at Yat's on the suggestion of a local friend. The food was good, but the individual taking our order at the counter(tall, longer blondish hair guy) was so ridiculously rude that it practically ruined the experience. Service 101 dictates grunting, sneering, and being condescending towards customers, no matter how bad a day you're having, isn't useful. In summary, the food was good, but with service like that, I'll happily eat elsewhere.
