As members of the Pines community, as well as local realtors, we see a lot of condo developments. Ours stands out for it's beautiful grounds, as we hear the same praise whenever we bring customers to our lovely property. Yard Boss has been responsible for doing a great design, fabulous meaintenance, and have a very hard-working group of people, who are always pleasant. We appreciate them and their hard work, especially after Hurricane Irene. They were just awesome. Very grateful for their service. more

Yard boss does our landscaping here at the Pines in Rochester and they do a great job. After Hurricane Irene passed through here manny large branches covered the roads and lawn areas, what looked like several days of clean up was done in a very long day for the work crew. They also do a great job of cleaning up after snow. Keeping our roads safe. more

This company has a contract for landscaping and snowplowing our community. They are efficient, unobtrusive and very courteous. The well-kept flowers, shrubs, trees and lawns are testimony to the great service they have provided over the years. Would highly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent service and on-time efficient workmanship. more

We were in Maryland when hurricane Irene struck. We arrived back in Massachusetts mid afternoon, the day after the hurricane had done its damage to the SouthCoast. When we drove into The Pines, in Rochester, we were stunned!!!! There were no leaves, branches or trees down, the sun was out, and Yard Boss was working, as they normally do on Mondays. Living in a neighborhood surrounded by tall pines trees, we expected to see branches and debris littered over the yards, as was the case on our ride home from Maryland. Excellent customer service, creative designs, terrific follow-up and great landscaping staff. They were polite, informative and neat. Will continue with them for additional designs for pool and patio areas, really like their focus and direction when they review estimates and proposed designs. more

Todd and company have been a perfect fit for us. The cleanups (both spring and fall) are right on—what needed to be done they did. The weekly lawn care and edging keep our property in great shape, and they trim plantings and treat trees as needed. Last year Yard Boss did some major stone wall work without cement as we requested. In the process they created a recirculating waterfall into a small pool and graded and hydroseeded the entire lawn. Although a bit pricey, the end result was well worth it. \r \r I am interested in landscaping and have many ideas of my own. this bald guy who came out and did our cleanup was not only very kind but i noticed he went out of his way to make the job perfect he took his time with his crew and i feel we got our money's worth for sure and when he comes to cut our lawn the lines are always perfect the edge on the beds was deep and perfect the way we like them and the shape of them is something unique we will keep yard boss for years to come\r \r Pros: great workers Cons: supervisor is strange more

I had a horrible experience with this company. They hydroseed my lawn in early may and it started coming up great. They came out fertilized it. After that it started to die. I called right away and keep not having my calls returned. When I got a call back from Todd he was not very nice at all giving me an attitude and told me it was my fault for not watering it. I HAVE AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM and it was working normal. I called another company and they ripped out the lawn and started over. They told me it was alot of weeds germaniting and it appeared to be fertilizer burnt and the newly hired landscaper actually said ""I'm suprised because yard boss use to do good work"". It appears they are more worried about money now than the quality of the work. Yard Boss never did anything to help me out with there mess up. I will never use them again and neither should you. Pros: Nice equipment, quick service Cons: poor attitude from owner, horrible quality, inexperienced help to burn fertilizer burn the grass more
