I went to Yanni's Cuncina at Shady Harbour Marina on Fathers day. I order Seafood Lasangna at $25 a plate. . It came out in a casserole dish. It had one sheet of Pasta. It had so much bechemal sauce in it it looked like soup. I could not find my seafood. The waitress and manager was excellent. The waitress said the chef made the lasangne to order. The manager said the chef went to CIA. Okay, I went to culinary school. CIA is one of the best schools. I know if that chef showed his teacher chef... The teacher would have threw him out of class...I do not think lasagne is too difficult to make.
