If I could have given this place 0 stars u would have. The customer service is terrible. I brought my 3 year old SUV in for an interior detail. To the eye it looked good. However, once I got home I realized my seats were still wet. I left the windows open in hopes that the dampness would go away. I got in the car 2 days later and the smell was disgusting! I realized at that time that the mats and rugs in the car were still soaking wet. I called extreme clean and they took the car back and cleaned it again. When I got the car back I was instructed that I must leave the heat on high with the windows open. As ridiculous as that seemed to me I did it. I didn't realize I would get my car back wet after a detail. After following their instructions about the heat, which I left on for 3 hours the car still smelled a couple of days later. At this point I was extremely upset and I called them again. This time the owner got on the phone. Told me there was nothing else he could do. He refused to reimburse any of my money so that I could have this problem that Extreme Clean caused to be fixed. He states that he did not care about my business and hung up on me. BEWARE OF EXTREME CLEAN!!! This is the worst experience I have ever has with any company in the area. DO NOT GO HERE!!! more

Terrible Service. Would give zero stars if I could. Staff was rude and unprofessional - rushed the tinting job on my car. I'm getting it removed and redone somewhere else. more

I'm very upset about your service,. The person who tinted my window broke my rear side door's clips and my back rear window's mounted light cover. so i bought it back the next day and ask them to fix it. they made me waited for THREE HOURS then someone came and tried to fix my door. they didn't fix a thing. I don't think they know how to propely uninstall and reinstall car's window door. you don't bang on the door till the clips go in. it wasn't even align correctly. i ask them again and the owner( Mark) ignored me. therefore, i had to bring it to my friend's shop. had to order new clips and new rear window cover. BAD SERVICES, INEXPERIENCE, NOT RELIABLE. more

This place put the wrong tinting on my windows. I clearly pointed to a vehicle as an example and they put on a different tint. They were rude and unprofessional. They would not correct the problem and refused to return my car until I paid!. If they do a bad job they will not return your car until you pay them. Avoid this place! I wish I never set foot in this establishment. more

Xtreme Clean is very professional. Mark is over the top professional, leading me to ask him questions for ideas that I can use for my business. That is how impressed I am with his business and service. I have used Xtreme Clean for a couple of years to clean my truck, which is a difficult job. He is trustworthy and reliable. I needed my car detailed, so I contacted Xtreme Clean. I heard about them from advertising, and I knew of Mark through business. I've been going there for a couple years now. Quality of service keeps me coming back. They do a great job. They just know what they're doing, they've got great management in there, and they've taught them how to clean cars. The car comes back exactly as I requested it. more
