Xpress Signs 101

I have done business with Xpress Signs and Brooks for years and at no time have I found him to be other than a gentleman and a competent, knowledgeable supplier of quality interior and exterior signage. I have found that he and Xpress Signs go the ""extra yard"" to help me and my company. This forum of review should be used to critique the quality of services and products delivered by a company, as an entity, and not a blogo-sphere for ad hominem attacks on someone you name specifically, and quite childishly, as ""creepy"". Very unsatisfied with the level of professionalism.\r We completed an office remodel recently and wanted to update our office signage by a specific date. We received quotes from three different companies. We asked each company to present us with creative and original ideas. While the salesman with Xpress Signs, (Brooks), responded with great prices, the originality was not there. We ended up going with a different company. The other company, Sign-O-Rama is great by the way!!! Things became really busy with the office remodel so our original sign placement date was pushed back, (not sign-o-rama's fault). But guess who shows up on the original sign placement date to see if the signs were up? Brooks with Xpress Signs. He left his business card for me with my receptionist with ""December 12th?"" (the original sign placement date) written on it. He really scared my receptionist because he wouldn't talk to her, he just lurked around our waiting room, then slipped her the card. I can't really talk bad about Xpress Signs quality, but if the Brooks comes to give you a quote. RUN!!!!!! Brooks needs to understand that you win some bids and lose some, but don't go and creep out the customers. Not a good way to earn business!\r more
