Better Options 7/3/2013

Use Wyoming.com only if there are no other options available. If I had the option I would have gone with Optimum from day one. Wyoming.com has a very unstable connection even for Wyoming standards. Their customer service isn't bad, although they rarely are capable of resolving your issues over the phone. About 5 years ago I was pleased with the service. But now I have the impression that the company is heading downhill in both reliability and service. If you are a frequent internet user don't drink this Kool-Aid. more

Competitve and Reliable 8/19/2005

I have been using Wyoming.Com as my ISP now for just over a year. For dial up their pricing is competitive to the "big" services and I've had very few problems getting on-line when I need to. Our area has recently been added to a few of the big online service providers but I am partial to the idea of keeping my money as local as possible. more
