Great customer service - very friendly 9/4/2006

Quite possibly the nicest person I've dealt with in a long time. Charged me a small fee for coming to my house and checking on my television, and quoted me a fair estimate. Unfortunately my TV was beyond repair, and did not charge me anything further. Pros: Makes house calls, very upfront with me about what he was going to do Cons: Wasn't able to fix the problem - not sure if that's his fault or if the TV was too busted more
