My father and I stayed one night in this hotel on Jan.24,2014. We left my laptop and checked out yesterday. We did not find it until we went back LA. We are so worried about extremely important data in the laptop. So we called back hotel to report this lost. Unfortunately, the housekeeping finished at 5pm, but the front desk promised me to follow this lost. I had hard time last night with full regret and drive back the hotel this morning. When I tell David, front desk manager, he is so nice to follow this lost and tell me the laptop is found by Arisalda, a housekeeping. I am so excited when I got this news. I am so sorry that I cannot say thanks to Arisalda face to face since she may be working in that time. I do ask David to transfer my sincerely appreciation to her, whole staff of hotel. It is great the hotel has so kind staff! Those staff is a proud of the hotel. Thanks.
