Shopping for a vehicle should include a visit to Wright-Way. I was impressed with the professionalism and detail with which the team there was able to balance my budget with the most available options in a Hyundai Sonata. Very pleased with the results and the continuing service. more

Never had a concern until the last visit to the service department. Felt like unneeded services were being pushed to everyone. Still a great place and I will continue to use them. Everybody has an off dat once in a while. more

First oil change visit 8/9/2014

We just had our first free oil change visit after buying our new Sonota. The young man in the service department was just super! So polite and efficient. Our car also needed an alignment, which took a little longer. All was done under warranty. What a great experience. The waiting room was clean, stocked with snacks and drinks, comfortable couches. But the thing that was best was the young man in the service department. A class act. more

There is nothing they could have done better. Best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Work included: State Inspection, Reset Keyless Entry, Attached Front Plate Holder, Check Engine Light Reset, and Complementary Alignment Check. more

5000 mi. service 7/1/2014

Service was good and performed in a timely manner. There was a slight glitch in that when we purchased the vehicle we understood oil changes, inspections and a car wash would always bee free. It seems now that you have back away from the free wash during service. The service dept did finally include a thorough wash, but I would have preferred not being challenged. more

Exceeded expectations 6/17/2014

I took my 2011 SantaFe in for the 30000 mile service. The appointment was made over the internet and cost estimate was $139.94. When picking up the car after the service dept. had closed the charges were $450. Since no one was available to explain we decided to pick up the car the next day. The next morning the Service Manager called our home explaining that we had received the superior level maintenance package. The service advisor had not given us this option when dropping the car off. The service manager reduced the charges to the original estimate and gave us a card for a free detailing service all the while apologizing for our inconvenience. We have always been pleased with the service at Wright Way and this experience confirms their integrity. Thank you Aaron Moss, Service Director. more
