Great Property Management Service!! 3/18/2014

We were moving out of state and wanted to rent out our home, and Worth Clark made it SO easy. We worked with Michael Golde, who kept us up to date with showings and prospective tenants and provided us with great advice for first-time landlords. The best part about it is that we are almost completely hands-off---Worth Clark takes care of everything for us which is very convenient. I would highly recommend Worth Clark Realty! more

Fantastic 2/27/2014

We have been using Worth Clark to manage our rental property. This is a first time with a rental property and Worth Clark took all the worry out of managing it. They have been very responsive to questions and/or concerns. I would recommend them to anyone looking to make their lives easier when dealing with managment of a rental property. more

My Home is in Great Hands with Worth Clark Realty 2/19/2014

I moved to the Seattle area to take a new job about a year ago, and was nervous about how to handle renting out our home we still own in St. Louis while we are away. Fortunately I found Bryan and his team at Worth Clark to take that burden off my shoulders. They vetted the potential renters, performed background checks, and handle all the go-between for repairs and maintenance requests. They also have a great portal where I can log in anytime to see my current statements and pending maitenance requests that I can approve or reject. All in all, they make renting out my home from a distance painless and all for a very affordable fee. I truly don't know what I would do without them! more

Would (and have) Recommend to Others! 2/19/2014

I came across Worth Clark Realty in 2011. I was looking for an experienced agent in the St Louis area that was friendly and tech savvy. Myself being a computer technician I wanted someone who would utilize technology to our advantage. Our Worth Clark agent helped my wife and I purchase our first new home! We were so pleased with their services we also hired them to manage our old condo and turn it into profitable rental property. The services I received while buying my new home and continue to receive as they manage my rental property are impeccable. I would, and have recommended Worth Clark to others. more

Up front and professional 2/19/2014

Worth Clark was very clear and up front with fees and processes needed to rent my home. They are always available for any questions I may have. Also very quick to deal with maintenance issues that may come up. They give me the option to find my own vendor or they can simply use their contacts for maintenance. The monthly fee is worth it to not have to deal with the usual landlord issues/calls. more
