Customer service doesn't seem to be among their priorities. Have had two cancellations do to one employee being off even after appointment was made well in advance. Did a great job installing the second sump system they recommended, one problem, never fixed the leak. Had to call several times before I could get an appointment setup to come back. After all that, appointment was canceled the day before the scheduled date. The reason, one person was out of town. Sale rep mislead me by suggesting I feed the crew and they would snake out the exiting system for me. When I did that, was told they don't do that. Wish I could go back to the day I signed the contract.
My advice, use another company.
