The repair to my chimney cap failed and entire cap and gas stove flue landed on my roof within a week. the company refused to comeback and make good on the failed work, saying it was too windy to make succeed. the repair was to place a storm collar on the gas flue cap and there had been no problem with the chimney cap since work was done in 2007. they did not even offer to refund the money they charged for the failed work. more

The family that runs this company has been friendly with my family for years. They are honestly the nicest people you will ever meet. They really care about their customers and ensure that the customer gets exactly what they are looking for. They will really take the time to explain everything to you (and when you are done, you won't realize how much you did not know about the types of heating mechanisms that are out there!). They sell everything - pellet stoves, wood stoves, gas stoves, etc. They have a large showroom. They also sell other types of items from time to time as well. I believe they may currently sell wooden picnic tables. Around the holidays, they often sell Christmas Trees and have a large inventory available! I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you are in the market to upgrade or replace your fireplace or woodstove - go check them out! more
