Woodhouse is a good family and they work hard to meet your needs but unfortunately this last time we got very close to close to meet our budget needs but no more flexibility on car dealer side. I appreciate your customer service and desire to work with us. more

Online Purchase of Frontier 10/3/2015

I purchased a new Frontier online. The process worked great after having taken several for a test ride at my local dealer. The local dealer didn't have the one I wanted so I was able to purchase one online from Woodhouse. They were able to work with me and provide delivery of my new truck/pick up my trade in. It was awesome saving me 2 days of vacation. more

I purchased a Rogue from Woodhouse and I am completely satisfied with it. I am satisfied with the car, it's performance, it's price, the salesman, the sales manager and just about everything that Woodhouse Bellevue has to offer. The question for the future, will I remain satisfied? I certainly hope so! I read all about Woodhouse on the web, TV ads, and dealership sales pitch. I bought into it all! Time will tell. Customer Service Review for Bellevue Nissan 8/17/2015

We recently completed the lease of a 2012 Versa Hatchback and leased 2015 Versa Note from Bellevue Nissan. The whole process took only about two hours and ALL involved in the process gave us stellar customer service. Special kudos to Daniel and Frank, Josh, Chelsie and Joel. This team could not have made us feel more comfortable and more important as customers. This is the third vehicle transaction we have had with Woodhouse, and we can not imagine purchasing from any other auto dealership. Had another great experience at Woodhouse Nissan. Great customer service when I dropped off the leased car I was returning....even recommended an awesome place for lunch. Ryan went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule by meeting us on Sunday, when they are normally closed to pick up my new car. Very happy customer! more

Purchase 2015 Nissan Murano 8/13/2015

This is the second new car purchased from Nissan and from Ryan Pemberton. No one could ask for a better salesman than Ryan. He is always a gentleman and very courteous as well as professional. He has made my experience in buying a car very worry free. He always takes time to explain everything and also lets me know he will be there if I have future questions or concerns. I had a fantastic experience purchasing a new Murano. I had a wonderful salesperson, Ernesto, who was very knowledgeable about the car. He was never pushy and spent a lot of time going over the features of the car.The facility was great with lots of choices. Everyone I dealt with made the experience effortless. Would definitely recommend Woodhouse to anyone looking for a new or used car. more

Everything went easy 8/13/2015

Got a Nissan Sentra SR for the wife. She had been driving a Toyota Corolla that was out of warranty and need tires and we had to start putting a bit to much money into it for repairs. The deal worked out that we could do a New Nissan and we got the blue color my wife was looking for. Lot has a slew of cars so getting the right options and color was easy. Really nice experience, everybody was friendly prompt and courteous. Deal was easy to make and process afterwords from financing to detailing of my car was straightforward and quick. Got an extended warranty at an good price and also got heated seats installed on the car. Really made my wife happy. more

Woodhouse Nissan 4/11/2006

I enjoyed my experience at Woodhouse Nissan in Bellevue. The salesman and managers were very nice to me and I felt at home. I ended up buying a Nissan Titan from there over another competitor based on the way that I was treated. Of course I haggled the price down as far as I can go and they are lenient with the prices. A pleasant buying experience that really didn't take that long. more
