very poor service, tried to get my prescription to another optical and they would not release it without me going back to the store to sign for it... this was not only very inconv...

Excellent 11/16/2011

Dr. Jay and Peter the optician were excellent. This was my first time getting glasses and they were both very accomodating with their time and very informative. They took their time and answered all questions and concerns I had. I had 2 earlier eye exams at other opthamologist offices and they were both very different prescriptions, so I figured what do I have to lose let me go to Wise Optical and they fixed it right up, were very informative and thorough. This is a great team they have at Wise, you won't do better. more

great service and Dr care 8/4/2011

I've been going to Wise for probably 10 years now and have always been treated fabulously by both Dr Jay and his team. Consistently good service and eye care treatment can be received here. more

terrible service 10/8/2010

Everything your eyes need 8/4/2005

I have been going to Wise Optical Center for quite a few years. They have always taken good care of me in all my eye care needs. I can recall when I first got contact lenses the woman staying with me for hours till I was finally able to get those lenses in my eyes! The doctor that does exams there is also very good. They have a nice assortment of glasses as well. If you're as blind as me, this place will be just what you need! more
