Over 25 years ago Mike Cagle started into the auto business. Working with his father, he spent the next 15 years honing the automotive skills necessary to open Wintergardens Smog and Tune. Ten years later Wintergardens Smog and Tune is one of the top auto repair shops in the San Diego, East County area. With Mike and all his mechanics being fully ASE certified, Wintergardens Smog and Tune has outlasted much of the competition due to the expertise of the technicians and the quality of work given to the customer.
