Windsong Apartments

This apartment is the worst apartment complex you could live at. The apartment looked like a renovated motel room and was not worth the cost. In addition, the management is the worst management I have yet to deal with in my 12 years of living in apartments. They took away our $600 security deposit for failure to provide a 30-day notice regardless of the fact we have never made a late payment or had a complaint filed against us. Then, they proceeded to charge us $173 for regular damages. They proceeded to charge us for mildew growing on their shitty apartment window. I do not recommend anyone to live here cause they will screw you over!!!! Even though, I filed a complaint to upper management via email, they have not responded or attempted to contact me. Their management is seriously lacking especially if you take into consideration all the independent reviews commenting on their poor management skills. more

Please dont give Tonti Mangement your hard earnned money! I have been a resident here for a year and I am leaving because my ceiling fell in on my bed. I found several rodents in my apartment and the insects are everywhere during the summertime. A rodent ate a bannana off my counter and ate a hole thru my kids test papers and my work bag. \r \r I cant break my lease without being penalized They are taking my 500 dollars security and I have to pay them an extra months rent because the states if you break your lease for any reaaon they will screw you out of an extra months rent. I would have taken them to court but I will not win and the are arrogant they know this. I have called Tonit Manangement 10 times and they will not talk to me. I have complained about the rodents and I was given a rodent trap and told to catch them myself. Denise who answers the phones over at Tonti Managment hung the phone on me several times. She is a rude employee and a waste of payroll. \r These apartments are ugly and all they do is keep painting over the wood that has been there for years. Its like living in the projects. \r \r The pet deposit is 500 bucks they even charge an 80.00 cleaning fee before you move in.\r \r I hope Mr Tonti reads this because he is a slum landlord and the worse thing walking this Earth I wonder how he sleeps at night knowing his tennants whoare hard working people are living like they are in the projects.\r \r Please dont give Tonit Managment your hard earned money go to 1st lake If you move here you will not stay. I have been at this apartment and I dont even have a neighbor never had anyone living next door to me. \r \r Louisiana Law doesnt protect you from disgusting people like Tonti Mangement. Dont risk it they dont care about you all they want is your money. I would have rated them zero stars.
