STAY AWAY. I brought my car there about three weeks ago for tint. The owner said it would take about 2-3 hours. I came back six hours later and it wasn't done. He said that a dealership needed two cars done and dealers take precedence over retail customers. I took my car and left. STAY AWAY. more

someone that was having a bad day !! 10/8/2012

To the author of the below review,if you feel that you can write and tarnish a business's name that has been around since 1995 and has serviced almost all the new car dealerships within a 15 mile radius without any claims,I guess there should be no problem in disputing your false claims.1st and foremost, the vehicle was a 2006 and not a 13 day old car.You were given the opportunity to come to where the vehicle was parked and where it was serviced, you declined. There were customers inside the waiting area that would of heard or seen such damage to any vehicle on the premises.New car dealerships just don't let anyone tint their vehicles, you must be licensed and insured,so with that said, you were given the opportunity to contact each and everyone of those dealerships(12) and the insurance carrier to see how many cars/trucks have been damaged on this property(which are 0) Business's carry insurance for this exact reason and having a close nit relationships with autobody shops, there would be NO reason to lie about such damage. The damaged would of been reported and fixed no questions asks ! Small business' that struggle in this tough economy can't risk letting the smallest to the biggest damage to any vehicle not be reported to the customer and fixed as promptly as possible. We also can't afford people that need to find a way to complain without justification and cause further distress to these small business' either.Window Tint America strives to do the best possible work and provide the best possible customer service, unfortunately, you can't make everyone happy and for those that might question the service and reputation of Window Tint America, call us and we will give you every name and number to all the new car dealerships that bring all their cars here to be tinted, again, dealerships just don't trust anyone with their brand new cars, they do, as well of all the other of thousands of happy repeat and new customers that come to Window Tint America to have their cars tinted ! Pros: great service, excelent workmanship, clean work and waiting areas!! more

Editorial review from Citysearch 9/6/2012

I recently took my daughters 13 day old car to Window Tint America and it was returned to us with damage in the rear which we didn't notice until that evening. I assured my daughter that they would do the right thing and take care of it. Boy was I wrong. The owner accused me of looking for a ""freebie"", that the damage was already there, etc. which is ridiculous. I realize that there are people in this world who try to get something for nothing, but I am most definitely not one of them. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and just downright nasty. I would tell ANYONE TO STAY AWAY. more

A Great Business with Honest Owner. 5/24/2012

A Great Business with Honest Owner. They recently tinted all of the windows on my SUV, using state acceptable tinting. When a small problem occurred on the drivers side with tearing, Pete fixed the metal piece in the door and then replaced the tinting under warranty. I will certainly be using them in the future and recommend them to everyone needing a quality tinting. more

Outstanding quality, value and customer service 5/15/2009

Pete originally tinted my '09 Acura...then did my Toyota 6 months later, when I discussed one aspect of the tint on the Acura and expressed a concern on how it was done...Pete offered to reapply the tint to the rear window at no charge...this was an unsolicited offer on his part. I appreciate this kind of service...it is uncommon these days...but much appreciated. I highly recommend Window Tint America...because of his customer service, value and quality of work. more

Best in the Business 12/10/2008

I have been using Window Tint America and they have tinted (4) of my vehicles over the last 8 years. They have provided me with excellent customer service and a outstanding installation. I have never had any issue with my window tint and if I did, I have 100% confidence that it would be taken care of. I highly recommend using this company. Excellent job at a fair price! Pros: I give them a thumbs up! more

Terrible Tint Job, DO NOT USE! 2/9/2008

I brought my car there on January 5, 2008 and had the windows tinted. The first week they had bubbles, I called and they said it could take 30 days to dry! When I brought it back the owner, Pete, told me that I needed to wait another 30 days to replace it because they still were not dry. He refused to give me my money back and told me I would have to pay to have it redone before March 5th. \r DO NOT USE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Cons: TERRIBLE JOB! more
