Window Concepts of Minnesota

I first used Window Concepts of Minnesota about 5 years ago. They replaced 4 upstairs windows and I have been very satisfied with them. They are now replacing some living room windows. The staff are helpful, friendly and courteous and go out of their way to please and keep their customers. I highly recommend them. more

We came back to Window Concepts to complete our window projects. Last year, they did nine windows. Hassan did a great job of showing how Window Concepts Windows were superior to three more expensive bids I received. They installed in one day. They were very respectful of our home. Over the months, we noticed the difference in our heating and cooling bills. This year we are doing seven more windows. It's nice to do business with the same businesses, especially when they are very good at what they do. Window Concepts replaced several windows for me 3 years ago, and I was so pleased that I called them back to replace a sliding patio door. They are very helpful and wonderful people to work with you. I will recommend them to friends and neighbors anytime! more

Everything about our experience was exceptional. Bob, our salesman, was very thorough in explaining what would happen at every step. We got everything we were promised which is so rare in service situations now-a-days! The team out to do the service were very professional and efficient along with respecting our house and cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend Window Concepts. We had all our windows replaced by Window Concepts and are extremely happy with the work that was done. We looked around at other products and in the end it was by far the best product for the price. The salesman was knowledgable about the products and the installers were very efficient. I enjoyed my window purchase experience with this company and felt I should share my experience. Window concepts installed half my windows years back and did a excellent job. I financed them and the day I paid them off I called to order the remaining windows. Both projects went very good and were done in 1 day each order. I was happy to see the same crew 4 years later (which I didn't expect). I liked the fact all the same people worked with me both orders and the product itself made my house look much better. The biggest different was the sound. I cannot hear the traffic anymore. What a relief! I did have to call them once 2 years ago when my next-door neighbors dog ran thru my patio door screen and they ordered me a new one with no fuss and even adjusted it for me. With all the chatter on the Internet these days I wanted to share my experience. I would recommend them to anyone I know and will use them in the future after these are paid down. more

I agree I wish I had look them up before letting them enstall the windowst in my home. I too was told it would take about 6 to 8 weeks to have the worke done 14 weeks later and after several call to them (done of which were return Untill I threating to call the better busniness bearau) finnally in July they did install the windows, However one of the windows was defective as of September 7, 2011 they still are giving nothing but a lot of excuses on why the window have not be repaired. when I call them they promise to call back ,but never due. I wish I could have given them a minus rating but the computer would not allow me to do so. There or alot of good companies enstalling great windows, that provide great customer service, However Window concept of Minnesot is not one of them. Please do your Homework, look around, I hope you do not MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, AND LET WINDOWS CONCEPT DO ANY WORK FOR YOU. Thier customer service is the worst around. more

I have had nothing but trouble and terrible customer service from this company! My wife and I made the mistake of ordering a bath tub from them. We ordered the tub in April. The salesmen said it would be about 8 weeks before the tub was made and ready to install. We waited 12 weeks with no phone call. I called them asking when it was supposed to be in, the sales person said they were having problems with the place that makes it and it would be 2 more weeks. Well 2 weeks went by and no phone call so I called again and it was finally in and set up the install. It was supposed to be a 2 day install. I took off work and the contractor came out on a fri and worked for 4 hrs. He installed the tub leaving everything else not done. Said he would be back the next day to finish at 8 am. 930am came around and he finally showed up only to tell me he wasnt going to finish the job due to the company not reimbursing him for supplies he needed. I called the owner Greg and he let me know he fired the contractor and would have someone out the following day. The next day another contractor came out and finished the project. It's not worth the money spent! On top of that the Greg gave me a slap in the face with a measly discount for the troubles of ruining my weekend and having a contractor quit half way through the build. Very unproffesional and terrible customer service! Find somewhere else to go! more

I recently got windows, siding and bathroom from Window Concepts. I was leary at first, but they have an A plus review from the Better Buissnes Bearau. The sales rep was awsome. He made me feel very good about my purchase. He was knowledgeable, and had a real answer to all my questions. I was not pressured. The instalation was done when it was supposed to be done, it was done beautifly and in a timley manner. Everything was cleaned up, you would never know a construction crew was there. I would recomend them to anybody. Pros: got it all done in one place. Cons: I spent alittle more then I wanted. more

I ordered my Window and was told installation would be in 6-8 weeks. At 8 weeks (after no phone calls) I called to find out where my window was, I was told it would still be another 2 weeks before it even came in, if it was on time. I was promised a phone call with confirmation of delivery date, which never occured. I had to call them again and was told it would be another 2 weeks before it would be installed provided it came in on time. Very poor customer service, they never called me I always had to call and when I called they told me ""this is common"" and they ""don't make phone calls when windows are over quoted time, it is just an estimated quote"". The sales man was pushy up front for the sale and after the sale as not helpful of friendly and unwilling to take ownership for statements he made. Prices up front may seem nice but it is not worth the poor customer service this compnay provided. Cons: Customer Service, Sales Team more
