A lot of drugs,no law enforcement patrols.None of the lease policies are enforced (parking) sub-leased apartment here has 7 yes 7 vehicles.Friday and Saturday nites are a nitemare...

A great affordable place to live in Mechanicsville. 4/11/2009

I have been living in these apartments for two years and I have never had a problem. It's very safe, quite and affordable place to live. Police patrols the area in an unmarked car daily. Close the the Mechanicsville Recreation Center. Pros: Quite,affordable,safe, room for children to play. Cons: none so far. more

An affordable place to live 10/29/2008

I moved in about 6 months ago and have had no problems. It is the most affordable place to live in Mechanicsville. I have not seen the mexicans the other reviewer was mentioning, then again I tend to mind my own business and not worry about what everyone else is doing. Maintenance is fast and dependable. New management is much easier to get a hold of than the old company. Pros: Affordable, washer and dryer in the apartment, plenty of parking parking Cons: There are a few kids that play in the parking lot sometimes more

No customer service,not a good place for children 9/28/2008
