An Easy & Pleasant Experience purchasing My New Car 10/3/2010

My lease ran out on my curent vehicle and it was time to find a new vehicle. Wlison Nissan made that experience, fast, easy and painless. They asked my budget, took me out, showed me some some cars and then I test drove a few. I went back inside and told them what I liked and they came back with a lease deal that was so affordable. Within 35 minutes I was done.\r I came back 4 days later and just picked up my car. (I could of come the next day but it my schedule that prevented it. The salesman went through the whole car with me. That whole staff is very consumer oriented, very nice and very accomadating. The whole experience\r easy, painless and fun. Great Place! 5/6/2010

I just went to Wilson's the other day to pick uo my New car. It's the all new Altima. I went with a upgraded one. So it has a lot of buttons, and the sales person took the time to go over everything with me and even set up my bluetooth for my call phone. He was great! When I started to shop i really did'nt know what i wanted to what did i do i went down the whole strip and i would have to say that the other one there need to work on how to talk to a women. I will even say that they should'nt tell me that i should go home and talk to ""MY HONEY"". So for me wilson's will now and always be the place for me to go and Buy a can and service it. I just wanted everybody to hear about my buying experience at wilson nissan. I went on a sat. morning and did a test drive on a new 2010 nissan Altima. I loved the car and the ride and they had the color on the lot that i wanted> I also had a trade_in with high miles and they still took it on trade>i had a budget that i wanted to stay in> i told them if you keep me within my budget i will buy the altima today>twenty minutes later the fiance manger went our my payments with me and it was within my budget so i bought the car> there was no hassle or misleading they were very helpful and honest> once i agreed to buy the car they had it ready for delivery with twenty minutes > i drove home that day with my new altima and i was a very happy customer>i would recommend wilson nissan to everybody> Pros: great buying experience more

I just leased a brand new Nissan Altima from Wilson Dodge Nissan after an extensive search for a new vehicle. The people that wrote the comments below must have had similar complaints at other dealerships it sounds like they are never happy. But my experience there has been nothing but good. Amazing Experience 3/12/2010

Thanks to the amazing support and advise of Joe Zappia, Sales Manager at Wilson Nissan, I am now leasing the car of my dreams at a price I can afford. I first looked into leasing the 2010 Nissan Murano at another dealership which was closer to me and I had a terrible and stressful experience. As a woman, I was completely taken advantage of. I walked out of that dealership 2 times and had several phone conversations in which they kept changing the terms and never really got close to the price I was willing to pay. Although I had a deposit with that dealership, I called Wilson Nissan for a second opinion and discussed my concerns. They advised me of several issues that could arise and they came true. I then dropped the first dealer and went to Wilson Nissan to sign papers shortly after. There were no surprises, no games and they stayed true to their original offer. There was never a need for negotiations. From the very first phone call, I got a price I could afford and a better deal than the original dealership told me I would ever get. I trust the people at Wilson Nissan. They were upfront and honest and after this experience, I would not think to go anywhere else when shopping for my next car. Pros: Great all around more

I recently purchased a used 2005 Mazda 3 and i am completely satisfied with this. the salesman was very concerned with getting me the car I WANTED for my son not just the car that they wanted to sell me like some other dealerships do. from the salesman selling me the car to getting it financed at a reasonable rate i was very satisfied. I bought this car for my son who clearly needed a safe a reliable car and i didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for it, and this car goes above and beyond that. my son was driving the car for about a week and there was an annoying noise coming from the engine bay, i brought it to the shop and it needed some new belts and away i went. i was very happy with the speedy service and the knowledge of the parts department and the technician for diagnosing the problem so easily. i would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a reliable used car or even a new car cause if there used cars are this good there new ones must be even better, i mean they are new after-all. overall i am very satisfied with the salesman and the shop as they are quick and do what i need, they dont try to rip me off selling me that ""filter that i really need"" or ""that belt that needs to be replaced"" when in reality they are fine. would recommend this dealership to everyone. Great Car, Great Service, Will Buy From Again 2/13/2010

I’m not quite sure what the people before me are talking about because they must have got the place there leaving a review mistaking. This business has done nothing but treated my wife and I fairly so they must have not been patient people or something (who knows with some people now a days.) \r \r \r my wife and I purchased a new 2010 Nissan Altima 3.5 from here about 2 months ago. the sales men were absolutely amazing to her and did not treat her like she was stupid and didn’t know anything about cars. My wife and I have had many bad experiences with trying to buy a car because the sales people think because she is a woman that she can be fooled, and they can jack up the price. Needless to say this did not happen here. When we took the car for a test drive we fell in love with it, we were a little tight on cash but they had no problem getting us financed at a reasonable rate and they worked with us until we agreed on a price. They are not pushy and they did what needed to be done to sell us that car. The car recently had a check engine light come on so we brought it to the shop and they pulled the code and it turned out my wife didn’t put on the gas cap right. (oh well). But regardless the lights off now and everything runs amazing. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car and I will continue to give them my business for the life of this car and beyond.\r \r ***This business is now called ""Wilson Nissan"" not ""Wilson Dodge Nissan"" just FYI to anyone reading this.\r Pros: Great Inventory, speedy service, great all around. more

Terrrible Experience 6/17/2009

Brought vehicle in for cold start hesitation. Was told the mass airflow sensor (MAF) had failed, despite the SES light not being on. Was informed that my ""aftermarket"" air filters were to blame. A few hundred dollars, a MAF, a new overpriced NISSAN air filter and a day later, I start the car and wouldn't you know it, it's still hesitating. Another day off from work (no loaner vehicle, of course) and I'm told my 100k mi spark plugs must be replaced (at 69k mind you). So, 6 new ($90) spark plugs $100 something in labor and a day later, I start the car and wouldn't you know it, it's still not fixed. I called back and was told bring it in and we'll keep troubleshooting. No credit for any labor, or parts from the previous failed repairs and not so much as an apology or explanation. In fact, the young lady started to give me a bit of an attitude for even inquiring. To add insult to injury, I had asked them to keep the old parts for me and was told they never received a request and therefore didn't keep them. Remarkably, after about 2-3 weeks, as the weather warmed, it went away on it's own and cost me not a penny more. Needless to say, I'll never go there again, and would strongly discourage anyone else from going there as well. Pros: Saturday Service Cons: Poor quality, customer service and technical ability more

Poor Nissan Service / Knowledge 6/3/2009

We have a 2004 Nissan Quest and only use dealers for service. Used Wilson to rotate tires, replace break pads (was told rotors were fine) and front end alignment. The work was completed but the front end would really shake under certain conditions. When returned to Wilson, we were told it was the rotors (all of a sudden) and was charged for additional work. Turns out it wasn't the rotors... upon returning yet again, we were told it was the tires. Horrible customer service and attitude displayed by these service ""professionals"". Would not recommend Wilson for service. \r \r * warning: Be aware that the young lady booking your vehicle acts as the ""trouble shooter"". Apparently she types up the work orders for what she thinks the problem is rather than asking the techs to find the root cause. Pros: open sat mornings Cons: many more
