There are a few reasons why I do not recommend this chiropractor. A little background. I brought my infant here for care because of her reflux.\r \r 1. The treatment wasn't successful.\r 2. Because of the open floor plan I was able to witness the chiropractor working on multiple patients without sanitizing or washing his hands in between. He then wanted to touch my baby who was two months old. This was during flu season. \r 3. He offered unsolicited advice about the perils of immunizations. When I said I had already made up my mind about whether to immunize my child, he continued with the topic. We all have opinions about things, but considering that he his a chiropractor and not an immunologist, his opinion was outside of the scope of his practice and outside of the reason I was seeking care for my child. And when I said I wasn't interested, he should have let it drop. It would have been fine with me if he brought up his opinion had I asked, but I didn't. \r 4. The rate this office charges isn't competitive with the rates of other chiropractors in the area. I was charged $55 per visit for essentially 5 minutes of treatment. As a comparison Holladay chiropractic charges less than $20 for infants. more

I was diagnosed with scoliosis at 13 and the medical doctors only suggestion for me when asked on what I can do to prevent it from getting worse was, ""Nothing. We just have to put rods on your back."" ""What about my future?"" I know I was only 13 but every girls dream was to get married and raise a family someday. They said that when it comes to time that it may be difficult for me to carry a baby because of my ""condition"". My jaw dropped and I remember coming home and crying as my heart was broken. I tried everything I can. I did some research on what I can do on my part to stay healthy and prevent my scoliosis from getting worse. I lost weight, exercised but the doubt and fear that was placed in my heart by those medical doctors never left me. I was still not certain of what my future holds. Until I met Dr. Thomas in 2010. He gave me hope. Hope that the medical doctors took away from me. Hope that I won't have to have rods put in my back ""when my scoliosis"" gets worse. Hope that I can live a happy life if as long as I choose to continue to correct my spine. All my doubts and fears were gone. Now, I'm married with two healthy kids and I bring my husband and two kids in to get checked at least once a month. Dr. Thomas is the best chiropractor I know. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I will recommend him to all my friends. more

Weird, Negative, VERY Chatty Chiropractor 3/23/2012

I came to Willow Creek chiropractic and was immediately put off by its location. It's dark, windowless and very dated. The receptionist was pretty nice but I overheard A LOT of other patients entering the office that the turnaround of the staff members have been happening quite a bit. To me, quick turnaround of staff is not a good sign but it's even moreso if the patients that come in not only notice it but mention it. I saw Dr. Thomas - how awful! He just gives off this weird energy and TALKS A LOT. My adjustment was sub-par to say the least. They have an open adjusting room which is okay but I have to say it strikes me as odd that Dr. Thomas and the other chiropractor don't interact at all. There are a lot of other friendly, great other chiroprators out there that I can go to instead! I would rate it with no stars at all but CitySearch won't publish my review. Pros: null Cons: null more

money hungry 2/12/2012

It's obvious one of the doctors only cares about money. The staff is different every time I go there and they all seem pained to work there. It is frustrating going in there because of how you are treated. The price of the adjustments is different everytime you go in too and no one knows what is going on. Wouldn't waste your time going in here! Pros: null Cons: null more

Excellent staff, affordable, works with your insurance, no wait 1/17/2008

I was having constant headaches morning and night. After being tired of pill popping I went to see these guys. I was met by friendly, knowledgeable staff that helped me with my insurance paper work. I then had a one-on-one free consultation with Dr. Thomas where he explained the idea behind chiropractic adjustments. He then taught me about the body and showed me different x-rays so that when I looked at I could see immediately why I was in so much pain!! After one adjustment my pain went away? and after doing the exercises and seeing Dr. Thomas as he adjusts my neck back into place (it is perfectly straight when it?s supposed to have a curve) it has been now a month and I have not been in pain since! Pros: Great staff, easy parking, great location, no wait more

They really do care!! 1/14/2008

The Best Chiropractic Team 1/11/2008

Dr. Thomas & Dr. Walker are both well-knowledged doctors. They were able to treat me and answer all my questions and concerns. Before I walked in this office I refused to go to a chiropractor because I was so nervous and scared of them. They have changed my outlook on the importance of chiropractic. I believe everyone needs to seek for chiropractic help in there life. Dont wait until your hurt or have pain. Go see them now! You will then understand why I said what I did. Thanks for all your help Dr. Thomas & Dr. Walker! Pros: Little To No Wait, Parking, Service, Staff more
