THESE PEOPLE ROCK! 10/28/2010

We got bedbugs. We bought worked for three weeks buying over the counter chemicals that didn't work. Finally, we gave up and called Williams. They were there the next morning to inspect the house and were back the day after to treat it. NO MORE BED BUG BITES! There guys were very polite and got right to work. They answered our questions without making us feel stupid and sincerely appreciated our buisness. If you get bed bugs or any other bug call these guys - don't make the mistake we did of trying to fix it oursevles. They rock! more

Fast Friendly and Got The Job Done 10/27/2010

October 2010 My kids brought bed bugs home from pre-school. I called Williams they came out that day and inspected and were back quick to get rid of the bed bugs. I felt like they really cared about my family and were concerned for our saftey. From now on whatever the problem is I won't call anyone else! more

Still open? 6/27/2007

Called two weeks ago and scheduled service for Tuesday 19Jun07. Recieved a call that Technichian had called off sick and would be there Wednesday 20Jun07. When they were a no show we called and was informed that tech was off all week and they offered to come Today 27Jun07 between 9am-10am. Again they are a no show and now do not answer the office phone. more
