I bought a Ford Tribute, because they had good service as salespeople. They were polite and let me test-drive as needed. However, after buying they took 3 months to provide the luggage rack, and didn't follow up with how happy I was. on my nest visit the staff was very helpful great selection and most parts are usually in stock.
