MAYBE THEIR WORKERS ARE A 5 ONCE THEY GET THERE. SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 3 AND HAD TO CALL DISPATCH X 3 . IT'S 8 AND NO RESPONSE.

Appreciation 7/11/2011

This review is to express my deepest and most sincere appreciation for the integrity and work performed by one of their workers, Eloy. I first met Eloy in August 2010 when he was the technician responding to an emergency call for water bubbling up from the foundation in my garage. He swiftly and accurately diagnosed the location and cause of the water leaks and listened intently as I explained the chronology of events of unresolved plumbing leaks I had been experiencing since March 2010...as well as my struggles with USAA. Eloy spoke directly to the claims adjuster for USAA and made himself 100% available to me by cell phone for any and all questions or concerns that I might have. more

I want to take this opportunity to tell you what a wonderful experience I had dealing with your serviceman. I had some company in for Thanksgiving that complained about my water pressure in the guest bathroom so I called on you. Your secretary sent out an expert to my house that analyzed the problem and gave me a workable solution. I was going to cost me but he worked out a plan that I could work with and all was taken care of within two days. I expect my family back for Christmas and they are going to be so pleased to see the problem corrected. Thank you for having good workers around to help all of us. more

I just wanted to commend you on the work and customer service your plumbers showed me recently. I had a situation that looked to be a simple slab leak and eventually led to more complicated problems after the initial inspection. Each time we ran into a "road block", your plumber explained everything to me in detail. He answered any question thoroughly and honestly each step of the way and even helped me in getting answers from our insurance. Thank you so much! more

Extremely happy 6/13/2011

Ron Kyle visited our home for our annual Diamond Club inspections yesterday. He also did a small plumbing job for us that needed to be done. I want to say that we were extremely happy with Ron and the work he did. He did not rush and he explained everything he was doing. It was a pleasure working with him! more

It goes without saying that quality team members make for a totally professional company when dealing with customers. Thus, the dispatcher Jackie B., is truly a cut above the normal business world of today. Jackie's pleasant approach to her job is prevalent when she is talking to the customer to relay appointment status, or checking that the work is being performed within the company standards. She exudes enthusiasm and really enjoys her tasking position. This customer service is greatly appreciated because it is very hard to find such wonderful service like this now. more

Exceeded Expectations 6/8/2011

I thank Will Fix It for the professionalism and expertise of Ed, Larry and Ralph. They exceeded our expectations an daily basis. They also went out of their was to inform my wife of all their progress and a consistent basis. The project was very difficult and they never let it get them down. We felt so comforting with them, that we gave them a key and the alarm code so they could come whenever they please. The ending project has been very stressful but they helped us see the light. Will Fix It is very lucky to have these three men on their staff. Thank you for everything! more

When making a high dollar investment I have a tendency to ask countless questions. Your employees were more than patient answering each question completely and professionally. Never once did I feel as if I was imposing, taking up too much of their time or asking too much in the way of an explanation. From the dispatchers in the front office, to the technicians in the field, your entire staff is to be commented for their friendly attitude and commitment to quality customer service. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a complete Trane heating and cooling system from your company. I wanted to take a moment of your valuable time to let you know how pleased I am with this system. It has made a tremendous difference in the cooling of my home. Moreover, it has lowered my electric bill by more than $40.00 in just one month. However, more important than the obvious monetary savings is the excellent customer service I received from your company. I was treated with respect right from the start. Your employees were truly interested in finding the correct system to fit my specific needs, and not just how much they could sell me. In this day and age finding a company that puts the customer in front of the dollar sign is becoming the exception rather than the rule. I applaud you for being that exception. more

WILL FIX IT Plumbing Heating & Cooling was everything I was looking for in a plumber! Polite, efficient and QUICK! I called them for an estimate on a new water heater. They came the next day and were on time and efficient. Their price was reasonable and the estimator was nice.Very professional and fair prices. more

There's a reason these guys are known as the best. WILL FIX IT RESCUE ROOTER know what they are doing and won't screw around with you.I had a brand new AC unit installed by these guys and they also serviced my ancient furnace. I'd highly recommend them to everyone. more

The men Martin and his partner Javier did their work in a most excellent manner. They wasted no time and got to the problem immediately.
