Can you truly enjoy a trip to the dentist? 8/20/2011

After my trip to Dr. Wilbanks office for two crowns, I have told everyone I know about the level of service and professionalism they provide. I was an hour late for my appointment, but they accomodated me nontheless. As always, when you enter their lobby, you are greeted warmly. And when Dr. Wilbanks and his assistant work, they are like well choreographed poetry in motion. With their advanced tools, I left the office with my perfectly fitted permanent crown (no temporaries!). And during the whole process, I was entertained by Keri's wonderful singing. I recommend Dr. Wilbanks to everyone. more

I JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT DR. WILBANKS AND HIS STAFF WERE VERY NICE TO MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF DURNING OUR FIRST VISIT. ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED VERY CLEARLY AND TO THE POINT. Good Dr 7/24/2011

I had to bring my husband to Dr Wilbanks for an emergency tooth extraction because the dentist we normally use was on vacation. Dr Wilbanks pulled the 2 teeth in no time and I was impressed with the office and the staff. My only dislike is that I had to pay in full upfront and wait to be reimbursed by our insurance. Our normal dentist does not do this. more

Dental Implants 7/22/2011

Going through the final steps of having implants. This has been an interesting and surprisingly painless procedure. I have heard horror stories from some regarding their implants but not so with Dr Wilbanks and his staff. No pain and they are always friendly; gentle and professional. Kudos to all of them. more

Dr. Joe is just way too gifted. He does everythng and is just a nice guy. I don't trust most medical people but he has my total admiration.He has done extensive work on members of my family. Staff...all of them...nice all the time. more

Teeth Cleaning and check up from surgery 7/5/2011

Dr. Wilbanks office is so top flight with modern technology (including great coffee - Keurig - and WiFi). Both he and his staff take pride in doing a job well - they are passionate about their art! I can't really my visits dental any more - it is complete oral care by professionals who are passionate about their art and enjoyable to be around! more

extraction of 1st and 3rd molars 7/2/2011

My appointment was to be at least 2hrs. I was in and out in less than that time after Dr. W. extracted 2 molars and underwent a bone graft in the 2 areas. I will be under going 2 implants over the next 6 to 12 months. I was comfortable through out the procedure and experienced no pain. He was a super dentist who knows how to treat a patient in every way. more
