Wig wam was such a positive friendly and professional experience . \r The selection was massive and I was surprised at how reasonable the wigs are. \r The staff was helpful and perceptive as to what was wanted and how it would look.\r They cut and trim to make it perfect! I have referred 2 friends and they have been equally pleased. \r If you need a wig or want one for fun this is the place to go more

I didn't even want to give this one star but a least one is required. I went to this place because it was close to my home even after reading the one negative review it received. The staff initially ignored me when I came in. No friendly welcome or hello. There were all of two other customers there. One staff person finally came over, didn't ask me if I needed help, just mumbled something and pointed to the wigs on display. The other person said it would it a few minutes before she could get to me. When I asked about how long..5 or 10 minutes, she responded ""we have other people waiting here that are before you"". Wow! RUDE! If you are a cancer patient like myself, please don't go here. You will not get a warm reception that is much needed when your hair has fallen out and a little TLC would be appreciated. It seems to me that would be a given in a wig store when my guess is, a good percentage of the customers are cancer patients. I will go back to the first shop that was recommended to me that is out of my way. This place won't be getting my business and hopefully, after this review, won't be getting others either. more

I was very unhappy with the service here. I was quoted one price and ordered a hair piece for my wedding. When I went to pick it up, the price was almost twice the amount quoted. As it was only 2 days before my wedding, I was left with very few options. If the store had called to tell me of the higher price, I never would have ordered the piece. In my opinion, this is poor business. They should have honored the price that was quoted. I would avoid this store at all costs. If you do go there, make sure you get your quote in writing. more
