They did some landscaping work but didn't do it right. It will cost us double to make right. Don't let them on your property. They are rude. Zero ethics. Takes advantage of the elderly. They offered to help with issue by charging more for the repair than the work actually cost the first time. Thanks for the help. more

Great selection and prices 12/31/2005

On your first trip to Wickman Gardens in the spring, you know that summer is just around the corner. Wickman's has been in business for years. The atmosphere is almost like walking in to a botanical garden in one of the big cities. If you watch the newspaper ads, they often run sales in the spring where you can buy a flat of geraniums or ground cover for 1/2 price. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have every plant and tree you can imagine, and they are just beautiful. You will also find statuary and fountains here. Skip Lowe's and Home Depot and support this local nursery! more

Great flowers 9/29/2005

I love going to Wickman gardens, they have the best quality of plants in springfield. They also have a huge selection as well. You can buy trees, spice plants, flowering plants, bushes, and gardening supplies. They also have a gift shop that has a lot of fun gifts. It is a good place to go look for seasonal gifts for christmas, halloween, or easter. Wickman gardens is huge, so you will have a hard time choosing what flower you want. But you wont be disappointed with your purchase. more

great garden center and florist 9/15/2005

This is really a cool place to shop for greenery and flowers. They have a great selection and the prices are also very reasonable. Everything I've purchased here has been of really great quality as well. They also have other non-flower, non-plant type gifts, so you can find other things if you aren't necessarily sold on buying plants or flowers. Parking lot is good size and the hours and location are really handy and convenient for most Springfield residents. more

get your landscaping supplies here 8/5/2005

Instead of supporting huge mega-corporations like Wal-Mart, Home Depot, or Lowe's, why not support Wickman Gardens? They offer everything the huge megacorporations do and at reasonable prices. They sell trees, mulch, flowers, and more. They are locally owned and operated and offer excellent customer service. more
