Fall Classes are now in session. We are getting to know each other, and the school routine. A monthly newsletter will be sent home from each teacher so you know the themes and activities for the month. Daily activities are posted on the dry erase board in both Ms. Sherry and Ms. Michele's room, and by the sign in sheet for Ms. Kathy & Ms. Pat's class. By reading this every day, it'll help you start a conversation with your child as to the things they did during the day. Our new playground is wonderful!! We had it installed just before Labor Day. The children are having lots of fun on the new equipment. Thank you for helping to make a reality! you are very generous! Just a note about our health policies with the upcoming flu season approaching. To insure cleanliness and to help fight the disease we always: * Adults wash hands often * We teach the children to wash hands thoroughly and often * We disinfect toys daily * We disinfect door knobs daily * We thoroughly clean bathrooms twice daily * Use latex gloves for diapering * We spray Basic G (germicide) on diaper pad between diaper changes * We spray Basic G daily on cots after use * We keep blankets separated by use of pillow cases * We send blankets home weekly for laundering * Send sick children home * Notify parents via note on entrance door of communicable disease in building The Fire truck will be visiting soon!
