I was looking for just the right type of surprise to gift my older sister with upon her recent visit to Oakland. A facial with some 'extras' came to mind. Heather had been recommended by several clients over the past couple of years, so I thought I'd give her services a shot. I arranged with Heather ahead about the idea of this being a surprise as well as the time frame that I was looking for. She was accommodating, explained clearly what she thought would work best (as far as which type of service she could provide), and she listened to my concerns that the treatment feel so good that it would really rock my sister's world! She also went into detail about the products she intended to use so that I would feel confident that I was really going to get the most for my money. The result? My sister was SO ""wowed"" by Heather's facial that weeks later she's STILL talking about how amazing her skin feels! She's over 60 and spent many years slathered with baby oil on her light, freckled skin under the harsh rays of direct sunlight. She hasn't felt really great about the damage done for a long time now, but a treatment from Heather lifted her spirits - and her looks - that has lasted well beyond the gift I gave her. White Rose has been at their location near College Ave and Claremont for years. I have had facials and waxing done by Jenny, and I am very happy with her services.
