Original booker Melissa was lovely and said they would make everything so easy. After initial hiring of White Lion it went all down hill from there. Horrible customer service, rude telephone attendants ( Mike ), upped our original quoted price, would not honor contract price. Basically held us up because we had to move and they were the only company available. I personally do not believe any of the reviews below, I believe they were written by employees!! Go to Yelp and you will find out the truth about this scam moving company. more

White Lion moving has pure talent and courtesy! I told them over the phone it would be a tough move, simply because our new place is a third floor walkup and its pretty narrow. While it took longer than they thought, it was completed with nothing but courtesy, good attitude and strong backs. I couldn't believe how much work it was for them, and they were completely positive the whole way. They couldn't get the sofa up the narrow stairs, so what did they do? Nothing but just lift it up through the balcony. Incredible. Anyway, I will definitely be using them again. more

Excellent movers. We picked them for our move based on their reviews, and they did not disappoint. The company accommodated our requests for a couple of pickup locations, and worked very quickly and effectively. They were also very conscientious about the potential for breakages and so forth. If only all movers were like that. Everyone I talked to on the phone was great. They were so informative, and were not pushy at all. The day of the move, they arrived on time and the three guys - who were all polite and personable - got right to work, loading up boxes and carefully, carefully wrapping every piece of furniture in blankets and securing them with tape. They even emptied my hanging clothes from the closets and transported them in "free rental" closet boxes. And my TV - the thing I was most worried about - arrived in perfect shape. more

I would recommend White Lion to anyone! They talked through lots of details over the phone with me. They asked all the right kinds of questions and anticipated potential problems. They didn't miss a beat. They were so friendly and helpful and efficient. They did a great job packing--nothing broken, not even the nice crystal. These guys know how to pack up a kitchen! They had me both packed and moved into my new place across town in about 8 hours total. It was seamless and stress free. How many times can you say that about a move? Thanks guys!!!!! more

I would give this moving company a gazillion stars if I could. They helped me move from Boca Raton to Ft lauderdale and made the process completely stress free. They were: 1. Friendly: all phone and in-person communication were super pleasant and they were very accommodating to my schedule and requests 2. Thorough: they came a day before the move to pack and prep everything that had to be moved and how they were going to complete the job 3. Efficient: On moving day I was ready-and so was Stressed! Three movers lugged all the furniture down three flights of stairs on a hot summer day and did not complain one bit! 4. Affordable: The whole job cost around $1475 -- There were no hidden fees at all They told me everything up front. It was a truly an all inclusive rate (loading the truck, unpacking, gas, tolls-all that!) They even put my bed together in my new apartment and gave me unpacking tips. I would highly recommend their services for any short or long distance move. more

I recently relocated to South Florida and I ended up choosing White Lion for the move after recommendations from a couple of my friends as well as my Realtor. I had them pack my home and the next day they loaded the truck. I was impressed with the precision and care they showed towards our items. The delivery crew was just as good. Their customer service was great! Kathy was wonderful with booking my move and JC and his team treated all my belongings with care. They finished the job faster than I thought was possible! These movers are nothing but professionals... They know exactly what they are doing. it was effortless on my part! They did exaltly what I wanted. No questions asked... the office staff was great too. White Lion moving crew were very friendly and they took their time to make sure everything was wrapped up, which was very reassuring. I really can't say enough good things about my experience with these guys. more
