My family and I have gone here several times and each time was wonderful. The food tastes great - I would recommend the Hawaiian Chicken! They give you a large amount of food and the cheesy bread they serve after you are seated is also very tasty. The piano players they have on weekends adds such a nice touch. Though it's located in a shopping center, this place has very beautiful decoration and the servers have always been very sweet and helpful. Pros: Food tastes great more

A great example when a bad attitude is contagious. Evelyn treats her staff so poorly, they in turn treat the customers the same. The food is OK at best, but surely not good enough to be worth the inflated prices. The steaks are everyday fare, nothing special, and pasta selections loaded up with butter and cheese for flavor. My wife and I visit The White Flamingo at least 2-3 times a week. They have great sandwiches, awesome pasta, and some of the best steak I?ve ever had. What an inviting, friendly environment. The wait staff is wonderful and the prices are reasonable. This is the type of restaurant where the owner will take time out of her busy schedule to meet with each of her guests to assure complete customer satisfaction. We will continue to visit this fine dining restaurant as long as we live in the Houston area. Pros: Food, Cleanliness, Customer Service, Owner, Cleanliness, Quality... Did I mention Cleanliness? Talk about finding a ""diamond"" in the rough! This place is deceiving from the outside and the location, but absolutely beautiful and elegant and heavy on ""shabby chic""-ness! It's a perfect place for ladies, your girlfriend, your sister, your mother, your ""significant other""! And, it's also a great place for a smart man who is smart enough to know what his lady might like! Gracious, courteous, attentive waitstaff. I have had several small gatherings, and a few large group dinner parties, and this place has been an absolute favorite with all who dined. You won't be sorry - trust me. White Flamingo is at the top of the list for me. I just had my wife's Birthday gathering here. Service was Excellent and the owner and waiters service was top notch (very professional)- Great Customer service. Wonderful warm, smiling faces. Food was prepared very well. Clean atmosphere. This is a very beautiful and elegant restuarant. The service is outstanding and the food is out of this world. The wait staff is very helpful. I have had several events in one of their rooms and everything always went off smoothly. more
